Please read the following advice when getting a taxi;

·    If possible, order and pay for your taxi via our Mobile Application.

·    All our vehicles have contactless payments in their vehicles.

·    Please sit in the back of the vehicle, furthest away from the driver.

·    Please do not sit in the front seats.

·    We can now offer you a Private Hire Vehicle with protective screens. If you want to order one of these, please state when ordering your Taxi. The screens are fireproof and shatterproof, designed towards European Community (EC) legislation.

·    Wash your hands for twenty seconds before and after you get your taxi.

·    Wear a face mask if possible, in the vehicle.

·    Avoid touching things in the vehicle if possible.

·    The drivers have been instructed to wipe down door handles, window winders, seat belts, card payment devices, screens and seats after each journey. Drivers will then wash their own hands.

·    Please carry hand sanitizer with you.

·    Please avoid touching your face.

·    We advise against travel if they have any symptoms of Coronavirus.

·    We have asked all our drivers to download the “Track and Trace Application”.

Finally, may I thank you for taking the time in reading our guidelines, during these unprecedented times. Stay safe everyone!
